Redfish School of Change

Redfish School of Change

The Redfish School of Change is a non-profit program designed for people who want to lead the way in creating ecological sustainability and social equity in their communities. Last season, the group traveled from the Skagit River to the wild coast of Vancouver Island, along the way exploring cities, sanctuaries, islands, estuaries and more. The 2017 program will take a cohort of 9 Canadian and 9 American students on a 6 week, human-powered learning adventure through communities, waterways, and landscapes in the Salish Sea. Together, students will investigate social and environmental change, and design their own plans for a Community Action Project, to be completed in the year following the program.
